The Carrington Event was the most intense geomagnetic storm in recorded history, peaking over September 1st and 2nd 1859 during solar cycle 10. It created strong auroral displays that were reported globally and caused sparking and even fires in multiple telegraph stations. We are currently in solar cycle 25. I probably have 10 computers in the house that is connected to a grid that stretches around the globe
Notice I wrote "recorded history". Consider the biology that you are running around the planet in. Five senses. able to prosper anywhere in the biome, places where cockroaches can not exist. Without us. Look at the geometric growth and development of your species in only the last 100 years. Consider the pace of change where nothing is reliable, where the frequency of change is transforming us, regardless of what we want, to a higher quantum level as both individuals and as a species. In a state of chasos; we are as helpless as grains of sand bouncing around on the hard steel plate of reality uncontrollably falling into alignment with whatever pre-cognitive commitments we were conditioned with as a child as the frequency of reality changes.
The Younger Dryas is one of the most well-known examples of abrupt change. About 14,500 years ago, Earth's climate began to shift from a cold glacial world to a warmer interglacial state. Partway through this transition, temperatures in the Northern Hemisphere suddenly returned to near-glacial conditions.
The Younger Dryas (YD) impact hypothesis is a recent theory that suggests that a cometary or meteoritic body or bodies hit and/or exploded over North America 12,900 years ago, causing the extinction of Pleistocene megafauna, demise of the Clovis culture, and a range of other effects.
One of these effects was the fall of human consciences; the fall of Krishna into Arjuna, the fall of the higher self into the lower self. Imagine being part of a species in a state of OM. Then in a matter of hours, day and weeks millions of voices fall silent and after eons the state of OM falters and falls silent.
Imagine living in a time when that state of OM was reestablished.
Earth is estimated to be 4.54 billion years old, plus or minus about 50 million years. Scientists have scoured the Earth searching for the oldest rocks to radiometrically date. In northwestern Canada, they discovered rocks about 4.03 billion years old.
In 4.03 billion years the third rock from the sun has spiraled around the great attractor at the center of the Milky Way galaxy 17 times, once every 230 million years. The Great Attractor is thought to be at the gravitational center of the Laniakea supercluster—of which the Milky Way is but one galaxy of 100,000 others.
If the human race is 50 million years old, then not only have we never been here before, but we have never been anywhere.
Göbekli Tepe is a Neolithic archaeological site in the Southeastern Anatolia Region of Turkey. Dated to the Pre-Pottery Neolithic, between c. 9500 and 8000 BCE, the site comprises a number of large circular structures supported by massive stone pillars – the world's oldest known megaliths.
Roughly 12,900 years ago, massive global cooling kicked in abruptly, along with the end of the line for some 35 different mammal species, including the mammoth, as well as the so-called Clovis culture of prehistoric North Americans.
In 2005, in St. Peter's Basilica, standing between the Dove and the golden Pope, ranting in my head about the resources consumed by the the Catholic Church that could have been put to better use; I was awakened. It was a bumpy ride. In 2010, I wrote Connecting the Dots.
I hear a firm voice : No! You idiot! They are wealth generators.
